Experience the crowning moment of Gion Matsuri — the Saki Matsuri Yamahoko Parade — from reserved seats within a Kyoto machiya designated as a Tangible Cultural Property by the City of Kyoto.
Watch the magnificent procession of elaborately adorned floats in the company of Geiko and Maiko. Share photographs and conversation, then savour a traditional Shojin Ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine) lunch box that reflects the culinary traditions of the ancient capital.
